Therapy and Wellness was not built for caregivers and Creatives.
The mental health system wasn't designed for creative professionals. Generic therapy often misses what makes their lives distinct: the income inconsistency, the identity tied to output, the public nature of failure, the career that asks everything and guarantees nothing.
Artists carry that weight quietly. The numbers tell the story: they are at significantly higher risk for depression, anxiety, and burnout than the general population. And almost no one is building care that actually fits.
\Windsong Wellness was founded because Aaron and Kelli Redfield looked for that care, couldn't find it, and built it themselves.
